1. Introduction
1.1 The “Everyone Can Win!” campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Rolling Master Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”), developer and owner of the BBscore mobile application (“App”).
1.2 By participating in the Campaign, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Campaign Period
2.1 The Winner Campaign will run weekly during the following periods:
- Week 1: June 12, 2024, 00:00 – June 18, 2024, 23:59.
- Week 2: June 19, 2024, 00:00 – June 25, 2024, 23:59.
- Week 3: June 26, 2024, 00:00 – July 2, 2024, 23:59.
- Week 4: July 3, 2024, 00:00 – July 9, 2024, 23:59.
- Week 5: July 10, 2024, 00:00 – July 16, 2024, 23:59.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Campaign is open to all new users who download the BBscore mobile application and sign up as new members.
3.2 Participants must be residents of Brazil.
3.3 Each user is entitled to join the Campaign once (1) with a verified email.
4. How to Participate
4.1 To enter the Campaign, Participants must:
1. Download the BBscore mobile application.
2. Sign up as a new member on the App using email.
3. Follow BBscore’s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.com.
5. Winner Selection and Announcement
5.1 Five (5) winners will be selected by a computer at random weekly and announced on BBscore’s Facebook page every Tuesday (3 winners) and Friday (2 winners) at 12:00 PM.
6. Prizes
6.1 Campaign total prizes include:
- Apple MacBook Air 13-inch M3 chip 512GB (each worth R$14.499,00) x 5
- Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB (each worth R$10.099,00) x 5
- Apple iPad Air 256GB (each worth R$10.099,00) x 5
6.2 Weekly prize distribution:
Every Tuesday:
- Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB (each worth R$10.099,00) x 1
- Apple iPad Air 256GB (each worth R$10.099,00) x 1
Every Friday:
- Apple MacBook Air 13-inch M3 chip 512GB (each worth R$14.499,00) x 1
7. Prize Redemption
7.1 Winners must claim their prize within 3 days from the date of the announcement.
7.2 To claim the prize, winners must send a message to our Facebook page @bbscore and provide the following information for verification:
- Email Address
- BBscore Nickname
7.3 If a winner fails to claim the prize within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited.
8. General Terms
8.1 The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
8.2 The Organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign will be final and binding.
8.3 The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to network problems, internet malfunctions, or any other technical issues that may affect participation in the Campaign.
8.4 By participating in the Campaign, Participants consent to the use of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of conducting the Campaign and any other related marketing activities in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.
