5.1 Push Notifications

6.1 When using BBscore services, you must comply with laws and regulations and refrain from engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to:
(1) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, storing content that endangers national security, disrupts social stability, violates public order and morals, is insulting, defamatory, obscene, violent, or violates any national laws and regulations.
(2) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, storing content that infringes on the legitimate rights of others, such as intellectual property and trade secrets.
(3) Maliciously fabricating facts, concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others.
(4) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating advertising information, and spam.
(5) Engaging in activities that harm the reputation and interests of BBscore or third parties.
(6) Using nicknames or signatures with illegal, obscene, insulting, or offensive meanings.
(7) Other behaviors prohibited by laws and regulations.
6.2 You must not post, upload, transmit, or distribute any offensive, obscene, abusive, defamatory, hateful, violent, or unlawful content while using the Application. You must not harass, threaten, or abuse other users. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account and may result in legal action.
6.3 If you violate this provision, relevant national authorities or institutions may take legal action, impose fines, or take other punitive measures against you, and may request assistance from BBscore . If damage occurs, you are obligated to compensate according to the law, and BBscore assumes no responsibility.
6.4 In the event BBscore discovers or receives a report from another person that you have posted information in violation of this provision, BBscore reserves the right to make independent judgments and use technical means to delete, block, or disconnect the connection. In addition, depending on the nature of the user’s behavior, BBscore reserves the right to take measures including, but not limited to, suspending or terminating the service, restricting, freezing or terminating the use of BBscore’s account, and pursuing legal responsibility.
6.5 If you violate this provision and cause loss and damage to any third party, you are solely responsible; should BBscore suffer losses due to the action, we reserve the right to seek compensation from you.
7. Responsibility of Content
You acknowledge and agree that all information, data, text, software, music, sounds, photographs, graphics, videos, messages, scripts, tags and/or other materials accessible through the Service, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (“Content”), are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not BBscore, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service (“Your Content”), and other users of the Service, and not BBscore, are similarly responsible for all Content they upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service (“User Content”).
You acknowledge and agree that BBscore has no obligation to pre-screen Content (including, but not limited to, Your Content and User Content), although BBscore reserves the right in its sole discretion to pre-screen, filter, refuse or remove any Content. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, BBscore shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOU or that it deems objectionable.
To the extent that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any Content through the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have all necessary right and authority to grant the rights set forth in the TOU with respect to Your Content; and (ii) Your Content does not violate any copyright, trademark, right of privacy, right of publicity or any other right of any third party.
8. Content Filtering Policy and Reporting Mechanisms
To ensure a safe and positive experience with the app, BBscore has implemented content filtering and reporting mechanisms:
8.1 Content Filtering: The application uses advanced technology to automatically detect and filter inappropriate content.
8.2 Reporting mechanism: Users can report any content that violates the terms of the EULA at any time. The reporting feature can be found next to each user-generated content, and we encourage users to proactively report any offensive or inappropriate content.
BBscore will review all reports and take appropriate action, including, but not limited to, removing the content, warning the user, or terminating the account.
9. Blocking User Functionality
To provide a safer social environment, the application allows users to block other users. The blocking feature can be accessed via the block button on the user’s profile page or next to the interactive content.
Blocked users will no longer be able to interact with you or view your content. You can manage your list of blocked users in your account settings.
BBscore reserves the right to take appropriate action against users who abuse the blocking feature.
10. Additional Information About Data Collection and Processing
10.1 Legal Actions
As we already mentioned, your data may be used for legal purposes by the Data Controller, in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of our products or the related services.
10.2 System Logs and Maintenance
For operation and maintenance purposes, we may sometimes collect files that record your interaction with our products (so called System Logs) or use for this purpose other personal data (such as IP Address). That data won’t be stored permanently and won’t be available to sell or rent to anyone.
